吕品昌　1962年生于江西,现任中央美术学院教授、雕塑系主任、中国美术家协会雕塑艺委会秘书长，全国城市雕塑指导委员会艺委会委员副主任，中国艺术研究院中国雕塑院特聘雕塑家.中国雕塑学会常务理事.《中国陶艺家》杂志副主编。联合国国际陶艺学会（IAC）会员。 1992年起获国务院“政府津贴”，2006年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划” 出版有《中国当代陶艺》、《西方现代雕塑》、《世界浮雕艺术》《陶艺技法》《陶瓷与当代雕塑》等著作。

1988年获文学硕士学位

Lu Pinchang,born in Jiangxi Province in 1962,has now held the post of Professor of Central Academy of Fine Arts(CAFA),Dean of the Sculpture Department, Vice Director of National Guiding Committee for Urban Sculpture Construction & Arts Council, specially invited sculptor of China Sculpture Society of China Art Research Institute,executive director of China Sculpture Association, subeditor of Chinese ceramic artists,member of IAC. Since 1992,he enjoys government subsidies from the State Council and was selected by the New Century Excellent Researcher Award Program from Ministry of Education of China.His publication includes the contemporary Chinese Ceramic art,western mordern sculpture,world anaglyphyanaglyptics,techniques of Ceramics,ceramics and Contemporary Sculpture and so on.
